Celebrating Dame Anita Roddick (1942-2007)

A year ago, Dame Anita Roddick spoke here in Syracuse. What a shock it was to see that she died suddenly in September 2007 of a stroke. She had revealed earlier this year that she had contracted Hepatitis C 35 years ago, although she only discovered it in 2004. For a woman with a very serious disease, she never slowed down!
