Book Review: The Five Dysfunctions of a Team

Victor Lombardi has written a review of the book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team. Although he didn't like the title, he did like the book. And he highlights what he believes are the five functions of a team from the book:
  • Focus on achievement of collective results
  • Hold one another accountable
  • Commit to decisions and plans of action
  • Engage in unfiltered conflict around ideas
  • Trust one another
From what Lombardi and other say about this book, it sound like it might change how a team functions. Since we are always working in teams (formally or informally), this book could be useful for anyone.
